The arch hangs delicately in balance.

Climb the trusses to the metal heart of the beast, pulsating with sunlight and air.

Take flight in the shapes holding this construct together. Trace its beams to origin. This series is a close study of the Queensboro bridge and the vertigo it inspired/demanded.

The rancor continues, but the path will soon leave the green, gray and brown and head towards a sunny and jubilant yellow.

To tell you the truth, we are just getting started. These interlocking details of metal will part to reveal a sky so clear it leads endlessly out.

A belt of stairs cuts the image into its components. We are floating in the sky.

The metallic shapes echo with a staccato of repetition.
