Forty Six.

The twilight world. A shimmering reflection of our predispositions.

This is a difficult photo. There is not enough contrast to really bring out the yellow color, and the background looks busy. At the same time, there is a calmness in its lack of focus, an ocean of concrete and structure. The gradients on the elements also give it a tense, restless energy.

Some delicious metal chocolate textures. A skyscraper smooth as a guitar string.

An exercise in color and distortion, with an almost 1980s palette (and subject matter).

A euphoric build-up of light through reflection, encapsulated by pattern.

Textured composition relying on straigtforward shapes, taking advantage of complex patterns and reflections.
