Hard not to scale the walls. Hard not to fly off the handle. Hard not to break free of structure set in stone. Too Hard.

Hard not to scale the walls. Hard not to fly off the handle. Hard not to break free of structure set in stone. Too Hard.

We prop the titans of our history with flimsy structure, temporal and arrogant. A weight of stone and time rests for a moment on metal crutches.

What is it that ages the stone? What peels its dry skin and wears down its surface into rough cracks?

The stone wall grips you, throws you down, bolts your limbs to the ground. Another example.
